Legal document
This document explains what information the site collects, what it is used for, who else sees it and what rights you have over it.
Last updated: August 2026
This site is operated by Michal Esther Katzir, who is the data controller for the information described below. For any privacy question you can write to backtosource.mentoring@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to 052-554-3759.
Information you provide yourself. The contact form collects your full name, phone number and email address as required fields, and optionally your organisation, your role, the type of activity you are interested in, an approximate number of participants and any free text you choose to write.
Technical information. The hosting server automatically records basic access data such as IP address, browser type and time of access. This is collected for security and operational purposes and is not used to identify you personally.
What is not collected. The site runs no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. The fit questionnaire runs entirely in your own browser; the answers are not sent anywhere unless you yourself choose to press the button that emails them.
Your details will not be used for any other purpose, and no marketing email will be sent, without your separate and explicit consent. Where processing does rest on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done beforehand.
Your details are never sold and are never passed to a third party for marketing. Two service providers process data on our behalf, purely in order to operate the site:
Both providers operate globally, and their servers may be located outside Israel, and outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK it is done under the transfer mechanisms those providers make available, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request further detail on this at the address above.
Enquiries are retained for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and to keep a reasonable business record. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
You may ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, write to backtosource.mentoring@gmail.com; we aim to reply within a reasonable time, and within one month where the GDPR applies.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you believe your data has been handled improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect the information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
The site links to the app at app.backtosource-mentoring.com, to WhatsApp and to social media pages. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them.
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
Note to the site owner: this document accurately reflects how the site actually behaves, but it is not legal advice. Because the English page is read by visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK, it makes GDPR-specific statements — legal bases, international transfers, the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Have a lawyer review this English version before it goes live, and again if analytics, mailing or a CRM are ever added.
