Applied workshop

From understanding to practice

From content to experience

The applied workshop moves the conversation off the stage and into the participants' working reality. It is for teams and managers who want to do more than hear about load and response — to work with familiar situations and practise tools in a safe, respectful setting.

What happens in the workshop

Real situations, not generic scenarios

Over about three hours, participants examine situations from their professional day: a tense meeting, a conversation with a team member, a conflict, a change of roles, a decision under load, or the feeling of being swamped. The aim is not one answer for every case, but to widen the space of choice and practise a more considered way of acting.

The workshop combines short explanation, practice, discussion and examples from the field. Content is shaped around the organisation, the audience and the goal agreed in advance.
