Breath
Breath as a place to start from: a moment of attention, noticing the pace, and returning to the present. The pacer here moves through inhale, hold and exhale.
Talks · Workshops · Boutique days
When the pace is high and the responsibility is heavy, the way we respond shapes how we think, speak and decide. Michal Esther Katzir develops and applies a methodology for management and key roles that connects the body, regulation and clear thinking — to make it possible to pause, calibrate and act from choice.
The app: a short anchor within reach on your phone, for personal practice before, during or after a heavy working day. It does not replace the talk or the workshop.
Open the appThe management reality
Tense meetings, fast decisions, complex conversations and a crowded calendar are part of the reality for managers and key roles. In those moments automatic responses can take over attention: sometimes pushing towards hasty action, sometimes making it harder to pause, listen and sharpen the next step.
Michal's work is not about "staying calm all the time". It is about developing the ability to recognise what is happening in a given moment, return to presence and choose how to act — even when the pressure around you has not gone anywhere.
The path
Michal's methodology draws, among other things, on principles from the fields of neurobiology and regulation. It is translated into human language and short tools you can understand, practise and fit into real professional situations.
Recognise the moment the automatic response starts running the situation.
Restore steadiness — or take the intensity and aim it forward. Not every activation needs calming.
Approach the conversation, the decision or the challenge with more clarity.
The N.T.K method
The N.T.K method is part of Michal's professional world. It offers a simple sequence of attention and practice: interrupt the automatic response, regulate the system, return to clarity and act from choice. The three anchors below are live — you can try them right here.

Touch the field
A specific, targeted physical anchor, meant to move attention from thought back to presence in the moment. Different points serve different needs — a flash of anger, load before a meeting, or the need to steady yourself before a decision.
A different point — a different wave
A pause to look again: what is happening here, what matters now, and what is the more precise next step for me and for the situation.

You have tried it here — now take it with you. The app gathers the short tools on your phone, for personal practice and for returning to what was learned in a talk or a workshop.

A 60–90 minute talk for management, teams and key roles. It opens a new conversation about load, automatic responses, performance and decision-making — combining insight, stories, practice and practical tools.
About the talkA three-hour workshop that deepens the principles through situations from the field: meetings, conflicts, difficult conversations and decisions under load. The format is shaped to the team and the organisation.
About the workshopHalf a day for a small group of roughly 3 to 13 people, with tailored content, practice and conversation at a distinctive location in Jaffa or somewhere chosen together. Full production can be included.
About the boutique dayWho this is for
On the contrary — finish the task with energy to spare.
This work is for management and key roles in an organisation who are required to perform under high pressure and want to bring the project to its goal without burning through themselves on the way.
Regulation is part of that — it is what allows you to deliver a message, lead a move and decide clearly and with focus. But not every activation needs calming. Sometimes the right move is not to lower the intensity but to aim it: to take the anger, hold it, and channel it forward into the project.

About
Since 2016 I have worked with individuals and groups, developing processes and tools that help people reach a better state of health, balance and functioning — physically and mentally.
Today, out of that experience, I bring the knowledge and the methodology to key roles and management as well — to the places where the ability to regulate yourself, stay clear and decide under load becomes a professional tool.
